FilesWhat file types can I upload?
Supported formats: PDF, DOCX, DOC, JPG, JPEG, PNG. For best results, use PDF as it preserves your formatting exactly. Maximum file size is 50MB.
FilesHow do I upload my file?
There are two ways:

1. QR Code — On the Upload screen, scan the QR code with your phone camera. It will open an upload page in your mobile browser. Select your file and upload.

2. Direct Drop — If you're using the kiosk with a USB drive or device attached, drag and drop your file directly onto the drop zone.
FilesMy file uploaded but it looks wrong / garbled. What do I do?
This usually happens with DOCX files that use custom fonts. Convert your file to PDF first (on your phone: use Word → Export to PDF, or Google Docs → Download → PDF), then re-upload. PDFs always print exactly as they appear on screen.
PrintWhat paper sizes are available?
Three sizes are available:

A4 — 210 × 297 mm (standard international)
Short / Letter — 216 × 279 mm (US Letter, common for forms)
Legal / Long — 216 × 356 mm (longer paper, common for contracts)

All sizes are the same price per page.
PrintCan I print only specific pages?
Yes. On the Settings screen, change the Pages to Print dropdown to Custom Range. A text field will appear where you can type page numbers like 1-3, 5, 8-10. Each range is separated by a comma.
PrintThe printer didn't print my document. What happened?
Common causes:

Paper jam — check the printer tray
No paper — the tray may be empty
Printer offline — the status indicator on the Upload screen shows "Printer Offline" when the connection is lost

If printing fails, do not pay again. Report the issue to the shop attendant with your reference number (shown on the receipt).
PaymentWhat payment methods are accepted?
The kiosk accepts QR-based payments via:

GCash — scan QR Code 1 or 2 with GCash app
Maya (PayMaya) — scan with Maya app
Any QR Ph-compatible app — most Philippine bank apps support QR Ph

After scanning and paying the exact amount, tap "I've Paid" on the kiosk to confirm.
PaymentI paid but the "Print Now" button is still locked.
The kiosk uses manual confirmation — after paying, you need to tap the "I've Paid" button. This tells the kiosk that payment is complete and unlocks the Print Now button. If you tapped it but it's still locked, try refreshing the page or restarting the process.
PaymentI paid the wrong amount. What do I do?
Report it to the shop attendant immediately with your GCash/Maya transaction reference number. The amount is shown clearly on screen before you scan — always verify before paying. Overpayments and underpayments need manual correction by the attendant.
PaymentCan I get a receipt?
Yes. A digital receipt appears on screen after you tap "I've Paid". It shows your reference number, date, file name, settings, and amount paid. Take a screenshot of it for your records. A second receipt is shown on the Print Complete screen.
TechnicalThe kiosk screen is frozen / not responding.
Try refreshing the browser (press F5 or Ctrl+R). If it's still unresponsive, press Ctrl+Shift+A to access the admin panel, or notify the attendant. The kiosk auto-resets to home after 2 minutes of inactivity, so waiting it out also works.
TechnicalThe QR code doesn't scan on my phone.
Make sure:

• You're using your phone's native camera app (not a third-party scanner)
• The kiosk screen is bright enough — increase brightness if needed
• Hold steady for 1–2 seconds

If it still doesn't work, use the drag & drop option instead (connect your phone via USB or use a USB drive).
TechnicalThe printer status shows "Offline".
The kiosk connects to the printer either via USB Serial or WiFi. If it shows offline:

• The printer may be turned off — check the power indicator on the printer
• The USB cable may have come loose
• The WiFi connection may have dropped

Notify the shop attendant. Do not start a print job when the printer is offline.
GeneralWhat are the operating hours?
The PrintHub kiosk is available Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. The kiosk is located at ICCT Colleges, Antipolo Campus.
GeneralHow much does it cost to print?
Black & White: ₱3.00 per page
Color: ₱8.00 per page

All paper sizes (A4, Short, Long) are the same price. Multiple copies are multiplied by the per-page rate. The total is shown on the Settings screen before you pay.
GeneralIs my uploaded file saved or stored?
Your file is only used for the current print job and is not permanently stored on the kiosk. Session data is cleared automatically after each print job completes. Only transaction records (reference number, date, amount) are kept in the admin log for audit purposes — the file itself is not retained.
